IPM welcomes a diverse group of physicians from around the world to participate in the first cohort of this precedent-setting 2-year Leadership Development Initiative as well as a group of talented global leaders who serve as mentors to participants. Mentorship is one of the most powerful tools for professional and academic success, and is a unique feature of the LDI Programs.
